Tamika was granted the Warrant to practice as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths in 2025.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Notarial Studies, both from the University of Malta, graduating in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding Maltese law. Her Bachelor’s dissertation, titled “An Understanding of Act XXVIII of 2019: A Critical and Comparative Perspective” critically examined rent regulations in Malta following the introduction of new rent laws. Meanwhile, her Masters’ study focused on post-deed registrations, further enhancing her expertise in the notarial field.
Tamika joined James Grech & Associates in 2018, where she acquired a broad range of experience in various legal and notarial matters. As a Notary Public, her primary area of focus is civil law, particularly in the transfer of immovable properties, contracts, emphyteusis and ground-rent redemption. She is skilled in conveyancing, title examination, Land Registry procedures, and due diligence.
