Nicole Grixti obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Notarial Studies at the same University. She intends to sit for the Notarial Warrant Examination in the near future.

During her undergraduate studies, Nicole developed a strong interest in international legal frameworks, concluding in a dissertation on international humanitarian law. Her academic work included a term paper entitled “International Humanitarian Law and the War in Ukraine,” which examined the legal ramifications of modern armed conflict.

Nicole joined the firm in 2022 as a Compliance Officer. In 2024, following her growing interest in the notarial profession, she advanced to the role of Trainee Notary. Her responsibilities include drafting deeds of sale, loan agreements, and other notarial instruments, as well as managing post-deed registrations and assisting with Land Registry procedures.

She is fluent in both Maltese and English.
