Martin graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1996 and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) Degree in 1998. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a practicing certificate in auditing and a Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (FIA).

After gaining accounting and auditing experience within a large audit firm, Martin moved into industry occupying various senior key management positions. Martin has 20 years’ experience in finance, general management, project management, marketing, procurement and operations. The last position held was of Group Chief Financial & Commercial Officer of a large manufacturing group of companies.

Throughout his employment in industry, Martin was responsible for various restructuring and rebranding exercises, formation of new departments within the group structure, and multi-million capital investment projects.

During 2021, Martin has joined James Grech & Associates to take over the financial, fiscal, management and administrative side of the business. Using his vast multi-disciplinary experiences, Martin also offers accounting, financial and management consultancy services to a different portfolio of clients.
