Nicole Grixti obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2024 and completed her Master of Notarial Studies at the same University in 2026. She is currently preparing to sit for the Notarial Warrant Examination.
 
During her legal studies, Nicole developed an interest in international legal frameworks, concluding in a dissertation on international humanitarian law. Her academic research included a dissertation entitled “International Humanitarian Law and the War in Ukraine,” which examined the legal implications and challenges arising from contemporary armed conflicts.
 
Nicole joined the firm in 2022 as a Compliance Officer and driven by her growing passion for the notarial profession, progressed to the role of Trainee Notary in 2024. Her work encompasses property conveyancing, examination of title, the drafting of deeds of sale, loan agreements, and other notarial instruments, as well as post-deed registrations and Land Registry procedures.
 
Nicole places great importance on building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs remain at the forefront of every matter entrusted to her. She is committed to providing a professional, efficient, and personalised service, guiding clients through each stage of the process with clarity and attention to detail.
 
Nicole is fluent in both Maltese and English.
